Voodoo & Burnt Rubber

Voodoo & Burnt Rubber is a new kind of art show. Broken Sprocket Garage owner David Roberts approached artist Christopher Galley with the idea of using the garage space as a kind of art gallery. The idea is to combine everything cool in one event! Amazing industrial space, low brow art, cars, motorcycles, rock & roll & food. The event will transform the Broken Sprocket Garage into East Aurora's coolest new gallery space. The parking lot will be lined with the coolest cars and bikes from across Western New York while Buffalo's own Blue Ribbon Bastards will supply a steady stream of rockabilly strong enough to move even the most calloused of souls. What else could you ask for? Well, how about some tasty eats? Those will be supplied by The Whole Hog food truck. They will be bringing their innovative and tasty approach to local food right to the show! Our amazing sponsors have provided some nifty raffle prizes so that you won't have to go home empty handed! We will have t-shirts, stickers and custom painted helmets ready to go home with some lucky winners! Don't miss your chance to score some sweet swag or take home an original piece of art. Be sure to save the date: Saturday, June 29th from 5:00-9:00 PM!

NYC Vintage Motorcycle Show

The NYC Vintage Motorcycle Show went off without a hitch on Sunday. The rain held off for most of the day, giving us a shower before the sun came out for a second time, then opening up again and drowning all of us for good. All and all we had a blast with some good bikes, good people, good bands, and plenty of beer. I want to thank everyone for coming out again, it's you and your bikes that make this event so much fun.

Thanks Stuart for the photos

Can't wait for the Gypsy Run and the Brooklyn Invitational, fall is looking good.

I found this video on the Pacman Line & Letter Co. blog. Definitely worth a repost.

This is amazing...

I lifted this from the Jockey Journal. I thought it was worth a repost. Enjoy!

Led Sled Customs

I picked up a new tag mount from Led Sled Customs in Dayton, OH. It is a solid part! The plate mounts directly to the outer primary with the 2 existing bolts. It comes raw, although you can order a polished model for $20 more, with two mounting options; centered or justified to the outside left. To make the change all you have to do is move 2 screws. The license plate is held in with a small bolt so you can display your tag upside down or right side up. If you have a sportster (the mount fits models '86-'08) and are looking for a small tag mount I highly recommend Led Sled Customs!

It's time for T.i.t.S. (that's Thursday in the Square)!

Thursday in the Square offers all of the best aspects of summer in Buffalo; music, beer trucks & just being outside. Oh yeah, they offer free bike parking right behind the venue. This year they are splitting the schedule between 2 venues; the Square and the Harbor Front. It's always good to get out and check out the bikes and do some people watching. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

It finally stopped snowing...
