Riding in the Catskills has more rewards than just pretty vistas and waterfalls. Any ride up there should include a visit to Sweet Sue's in Phoenicia. Right off of rt 28, Phoenicia is a small town that offers tubing on the Esopus Creek and the cool mountain town feel. Sweet Sue's has arguably the best breakfast in the Catskills. They are known for their huge pancakes. They come is many varieties and are the best I have ever had. They also have great eggs and their specials always are enticing and well rounded.
