Intro

Maybe and Intro First? I realized I should probably put up an intro. My name is Bob and I am a chef. I ride in the Hudson valley, Catskills, Gunks, Eastern NY, Berkshires and some of the farmland in western Conn. I work a lot and ride as often as I can. Being a chef I will try and put as many posts about local food as I can. I also like thinking about rides from a road perspective. So I think I will start my ride posts focussing on single roads. Where they start and where they and and whats on them. I'll try and take as many photos as I can and try and put something up at least once a week. Cheers.
