Wild Hive Bakery and Cafe in Clinton Corners is a great place for breakfast or lunch. What started out as a local bakery has turned into a shining start for local sustainable food. They only use local grains that they mill in all of their breads and pastries. Over 75% of what they serve is made from locally grow or produced products. Located right of the Taconic Parkway it is a great place to stop. Tues to Sun 8 to 5.
